This is a great event for paranormal enthusiasts or  the curious and open minded to come and ask questions

Our goal is to attempt to have as many paranormal venues as possible to offer everyone a chance to explore the fascinating world of the paranormal and supernatural with hopes of opening the minds of people a bit more for this field of study.

THE PARANORMAL SYMPOSIUM

2011 Symposium Synopsis

First of all a huge thank you to all that participated in any way to help this event be successful, you are appreciated more than you know, it takes a lot of work to put this on every year and everyone's input helps make it extra special for me every year!!

This is a paranormal fair which includes psychics, various readers, paranormal authors,  and many other paranormal vendors/presenters.  The goal is to have as wide a variety of paranormal subjects available to the public as possible, and sometimes we even have a few healing modalities thrown into the mix.  The focus of the event is to open up people's perceptions of the paranormal to a more open minded concept of it.

We try to keep costs down so it can be open to everyone!

We added a paranormal theatre in 2010 which showed Calling Lakes Paranormal Investigators Inc. documentary videos and utube info videos.

Another fantastic success this year, I was so busy this year I didn't take one single picture:( but it was fantastic, the Seance went very well, thank you to Psychic medium Lyndi and Psychic Amy for their participation it made it extra special and sooo interesting, cool that the hat man dropped in, always exciting to have a somewhat dark entity drop in for a boo, as long as it doesn't stay, but we were able to send him on his way fairly quickly. A nice response to it for our first try out. Due to where we had it, there was a time issue, so some that were not there early were not able to come in and missed out, sorry about that, our venue wanted us out of the area we were using in 1 hour and we tried to accommodate them as best we could. The speakers this year were awesome!!! I tried to take in a couple of them, but missed most of it due to my presence being needed on the main floor, but next year I'm taking them in without interruption, a lot less head aches for me next year for our new venue in Regina.   We had displays again, a nice one that was new this year on 2012, it was a well done display.   Of course we had the same old autopsy table from the Fort San, my hubby did some work on it so it won't deteriorate so fast, it is being kept in a safer spot now too out of the elements.   The table to me is an important peice of history to be protected.   I am really excited about 2012's event, at the Orr Center in Regina, so far it looks to be another work in progress, with booths already booked in and presenters already booked, it is looking to be probably one of our best yet .  We will be holding two seances in 2012 and it will be held over three days instead of two yahoooo, getting so excited for next year already! There will be several changes to next year's event especially since it will be in Regina and some things will have to change, but change for the better I'm hoping.
